Ibiza Essentials

Some of you may be aware that myself, Sam and Charlie are heading off to the White Isle for a little lad’s blogger holiday next weekend. As part of this trip we have teamed up with the guys at Boots in order to give you all an insight into some of the essentials we will be taking in order to keep ourselves looking, smelling and feeling as dapper as always even after a few wild nights out.

In this day and age male grooming is a serious game, as gents all across the globe clamour to ensure that they are looking their best all the time. Being on holiday is no exception to this rule and in Ibiza looking good is part and parcel of the full experience in places such as Ocean Beach Club and Café Mambo. With the opportunity to pick some products from Boots full range I decided to organise my selections in order of the way they would be used.

First things first, Ibiza is well known as one of the best places to party around the world and the possibility of waking up with a hangover are highly likely so the first product I chose was Molten Brown Eucalyptus Body Wash which is the perfect pick up with notes of Eucalyptus Mint & Cedarwood combining to provide the perfect morning tonic for a fuzzy head.

Keeping that hair in check in warmer climates (something we don’t have to worry about in the UK) is a big issue for us guys just as much as it is for the fairer sex. In order to combat this in the Mediterranean sunshine I opted to go for Molten Brown Indian Cress Purifying Shampoo which is ideal for all hair types and smells bloody lovely. Once the hair is all washed and dried it is important to ensure that you have products that have the hold you need in order for your mop to stay styled no matter what situation you find yourself in. For this very thing, I opted to choose Fudge Matte Wax and Fudge Urban Matte Head Master, two products that complement each other perfectly. One product is for styling and also provides a strong level of hold and then the other makes sure that hair style isn’t moving throughout the days shenanigans.

Smelling good is something that pretty much every self-respecting human wants to achieve and in order to keep myself smelling fresh and summery I chose Chanel Allure Homme Sport Deodorant Spray and Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau De Toilette which in my eyes is the perfect summer scent, and one that I cannot get enough of. If you haven’t had the pleasure of smelling this before get yourself down to your nearest Boots and thank me later. This will keep me smelling fresh from dusk till dawn in Ibiza, what more can you ask for in a fragrance??

Finally, a holiday post wouldn’t be complete without the mention of sun care products and seen as it’s the end of September I decided I would go for Piz Buin Tan & Protect Tan Accelerating Oil Spray SPF6 in the hope that the sun wouldn’t be too hot and after a couple of days getting used to it I could hopefully get my tan on with the help from this tanning oil. Remember taking care of your skin is one of the most important things you can do in life so make sure you use the relevant SPF whilst on holidays in warmer countries thank the UK. When the sun has tucked itself in behind the clouds for another day it is time to crack out the after sun and in order to moisturise the skin as well as enhancing the tanning process as much as possible and for this a went for Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Aftersun with Coconut & Papaya which not only soothes and moisturises the skin but smells absolutely unreal.

So, there you have it, my Ibiza Essentials are out in the open. I would love to hear what your holiday essentials are??
